Tannach and District community council consist of up to 7 members elected by the community to represent them at a local level
The community of Tannach and district is comprised of 7 townships/villages. It is a small, but closeknit community with it's own local primary school.
The community council have many roles - organising role of village officer, taking the publics concerns/issues to the local council and other organisations.
The council consults the community council on all planning and licensing issues in the area.
Get Involved
The community council meet on the last Tuesday of every month, each meeting is open to the public and at the end of each meeting the public have an opportunity to make comments or ask questions.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic our meetings are happening virtually for the forseeable future.
